About us:

The role:

You will report into the Technical and Compliance Manager, supporting the Estates Management in the provision of 24 hour maintenance services within the facility based in Portsmouth.

Oversee the day to day management of the health care engineering systems under your control, ensuring all contractual and legislative Planned and Reactive Maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Monitor manage equipment maintenance records / service reports to ensure any follow on action is completed within promptly and recorded within the CAFM system and associated documentation, ensuring site document control process is followed for the health care engineering systems under your control.

It would be highly essential for you to:

Hold previous experience in management of Mechanical Services

Good customer care and flexible approach to working practices, with the ability to develop strong credible internal and external relationships

Mechanical or Electrical background

ONC/HND in Engineering discipline
