SPI Piling Ltd own and operate a comprehensive modern fleet of piling equipment for this specialist work, which currently includes ABI Telescopic Leader Rigs with variable moment Vibratory Hammers and Augering equipment, Kowan Tosa WP150 Silent Pilers for Silent Vabrationless Hydraulic Pile Pressing, Movax Sheet Pilers, Tube Drivers with 38 Tonne Excavators and the Grizzly MG90 Multi Grip Piler.

Design

We employ a specialist in house design team that can help you and your project from inception through to final construction and completion ensuring each project meets all your requirements. Designing to Eurocodes and BS8002. SPI Piling Ltd are also BIM Level 2 compliant.

Supply, Install & Extract

We offer a full Supply, Install and Extraction service for all types of steel and sheet piling, utilising recognised suppliers, and our own 3000 tonne+ stock, providing value for money to all our clients.

Hire

SPI Piling Ltd own a comprehensive modern fleet of Piling equipment, ABI Telescopic Leader Rig, Kowan Tosa WP150 Silent Piler, Movax Sheet Piler, Grizzly MG90 Multi Grip Pilers and Augering Equipment.

Silent Vibration Free Installation, with our Kowan Tosa WP150 Stillworker Pile Press System, and the ABI Hydro press system, pressing or silent and vibrationless methods are very effective in sensitive or restricted areas.

ABI Telescopic Leader Rigs, with variable moment variable frequency (VV) Vibratory Hammers and Augering equipment. All our Rigs are Euro Stage IV final compliant for working in areas with emission zones or restrictions.

SPI Piling Ltd operate a range of Movax sheet and tube pilers mounted to 38 tonne Excavator.

We are the 1st UK Company to own and operate the Grizzly MG90 Multi grip piler. New side grip technology mounted to 35 tonne Excavators.

A national, land and marine based service is offered by SPI Piling Ltd, along with a full design service for both Temporary and Permanent works.
