Heaton Manufacturing specialise in the production of prefabricated steel reinforcement as well as the supply of mesh reinforcement and accessories.

We also offer a fast turnaround of loose cut and bent steel reinforcement.

Many of our customers are unfamiliar with ordering of steel reinforcement and appreciate the assistance we give then to ensure they are ordering what they need for their project. Our customer service is second to none and no job is too small for us.

Our prefabricated reinforcement jobs are from 100kg up to 30 tonnes. We do not shy away from more complex prefabricated reinforcement jobs.

Our factory usually has capacity for rapid reinforcement work. We use the steelpac reinforcement programme which generates tickets for all bar bundles and prefab cages, making it easy for customers to identify the steel. We can also colour code the bars to make even easier. At all times we endeavor to make it easy for our customers. As far as we’re concerned it easier for us to prefab the steel in our factory rather than expect customers to tie the bars on site, especially if they’re not familiar with it.

Raft foundations are a very common enquiry for us and we are happy to work out the ground beam and mesh requirements as well as appropriate accessories.
