High Peak Borough Council have statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) to provide advice and assistance to households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.

The Council take steps to prevent and relieve homelessness. The underlying aims of the projects are to prevent and address homelessness, improve the private rented sector or landlord offer and tenant pathway
