TWUL requires a minimum 12-month warranty from the delivery date on any purchased item. This lot includes high-volume, low-value consumables for on-site and network use. The supplier must offer Vendor Managed Inventory solutions, such as onsite bin fills and vending machines, to ensure components are readily available for operatives. These solutions should be provided free of charge for the contract duration.
