II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Housing Solutions is carrying out a one-off planned project to re-roof 11 maisonette blocks on Larchfield Rd, Maidenhead. The contract will be quoted for on a block by block basis to satisfy Section 20 legislation, although there is an option to price all 11 blocks as a job lot at a reduced rate.
The successful bidder/s will be required to re-roof each or all 11 properties by 31st March 2025 with an anticipated contract start date in late December 2024.
