Connexus expect all properties to be sold by private treaty or physically auctioned locally depending on the condition and location. The Estate Agent should provide Connexus with a marketing strategy in each case, that must not include on-line or modern auctions.

Connexus expect the appointed Estate Agents to have both an online and physical presence in local areas.

Connexus expect the appointed Estate Agents to include all relevant market material including local newspaper advertisement, photography, for sale signs, marketing brochures and EPC certificates where required.

Bidders should be able to demonstrate that they have made a profit in each of the last two years and a satisfactory credit score. If a loss is reported for one or more years, or the credit score is unsatisfactory, then the Bidder must provide appropriate justification and explanation of its ability to trade and fulfil the contract, Connexus will have discretion as to whether to accept such justification and explanation and will fail any Bidder where it is not satisfied.
