II.1.4) Short description
CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation (the Supplier) to provide servicing and maintenance services to our main office heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system in Chelmsford, Essex. The HVAC system also includes an air source heat pump for hot water.
The Supplier shall perform planned and preventative maintenance and servicing to CHP鈥檚 HVAC system at a frequency of two services per year at six monthly intervals, identifying current or potential issues and then carry out any necessary repairs to ensure the systems continue to operate effectively.
The Supplier shall also provide a reactive maintenance service, within pre-set timeframes, to attend, diagnose and rectify when the system fails to operate effectively or breaks down completely.
While replacement of select plant when deemed necessary shall be within the scope of this contract, a full replacement of the entire HVAC system is considered as outside the scope of this contract.
It is CHP鈥檚 intention to appoint one Supplier to deliver the services.
