A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

Maryhill Housing Association Limited (the Association) is committed to maximising community benefits from its procurement activities. Under this Contract the Contractor is required to support the Association鈥檚 social, economic and environmental objectives. Accordingly, some contract performance conditions relate in particular to Community Benefits, including social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits to be provided by the Contractor as an essential aspect of the delivery of this Contract are defined in Appendix A of this Contract. For tendering purposes, the Community Benefits applicable to this contract are estimated at 40 points, giving an estimated community benefits contribution requirement to the value of 1,680.00GBP.

On the date of signing, the Association will issue the Contractor with an invoice which specifies the financial value of each of the said Community Benefits that the Contractor is required to provide under this Contract (the 鈥淐ommunity Benefit Invoice鈥). The Contractor will not be required to pay this invoice unless the Contractor fails to deliver any of the Community Benefits.
