Homes England is seeking to appoint a £18m (ex VAT for the 2 year period) national framework agreement for two years with an option of a 12 month extension, to replace the existing Estates Management Services Framework. The framework will be used to provide a range of professional services as set out in the Scope of Services and includes the requirement for the Consultant to directly procure works up to the stated Inclusive Repair Limit without prior approval from Homes England.
Any organisation, or consortium, can apply to be a supplier if they can deliver all of the required services across England. Interested Suppliers should look carefully at the procurement documentation.
