This study will produce a comprehensive report, detailing designs and costs to RIBA Stage 1. Aligned with Timespan鈥檚 mission to use arts, heritage, digital technologies, education, wellbeing, and community building as catalysts for political, social, cultural, environmental, and communal change, the feasibility study will prioritise sustainability, accessibility, and community involvement. Through collaboration with architects, communities, youth partners, and experts, we aim to develop a sustainable design, accurate costing, and a resilient project plan. Our goal is to enhance the vision and resilience of our facility, ensuring it remains a vibrant and inclusive community asset for the future.

Due to the grant funded nature of the project, the contract for services may pause or end after the completion of any RIBA stage.

Timespan intends to instruct to RIBA Stage 1 completion initially, with a planned start date for design team appointment for the project late 2024, with completion of the feasibility study in July 2025 and a contract start on site after a fundraising campaign in circa summer 2027.
