My Place is responsible for managing 16,000 residential properties and over 523 commercial properties including shops and community halls. My Place are required to ensure the security of these properties should a break in occur, or if the property becomes void, or if the property is intended to be demolished. Therefore, it is vital to ensure, that if for any reason a property requires security features to be added to it, it can be done so in a timely manner.
The objective for procuring this contract is for the supply and fitting of any security features required to secure residential and commercial properties within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham whilst providing value for money.
