Our aim is to provide a simple, cost effective, easy to use and transparent process to manage the Voids maintenance process to Denbighshire County Council鈥檚 housing stock.
Our vision is partner with excellent Contractors who will engage positively with our contract holders and officers to provide a quality service ensuring value for money is achieved.
Contractors shall note, however, that by the very nature of the work, no guarantee can be given with regard to the volume, trade requirements or continuity within any one given area at any time.
