Aster reserves the right to award additional works to a successful Contractor in the event of Service failure by a Contractor appointed to another Lot where the Contractor to be awarded additional works originally bid for the Lot in which the additional works are required, subject to value, timescale and duration. For example, if a Contractor is successful in East Dorset and also tendered for but was not appointed to the Hampshire Lot, if the Contractor that was awarded the Hampshire Lot were to fail, Aster may award additional work to the East Dorset Contractor to cover some or all of the works in the Hampshire region.
