Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake disabled adaptations. There are two work streams within this tender:1) Workstream 1 - Public Sector Housing. 2) Workstream 2 – Private Sector HousingWorkstream 2 may be terminated for convenience by the Council with three months’ notice which may be given at any time after 31st December 2025 (being 9 months from commencement of the contract).
