The requirement is split in to two (2) lots: • Lot 1 – General Building Fabric across the Council’s Public Assets (excluding council housing assets), to include emergency response and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment of planned maintenance projects. • Lot 2 – Mechanical and Electrical Services to include statutory inspections and servicing, emergency repose and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment or planned maintenance projects (excluding council housing assets).
