Building construction work. Kitchen refurbishment construction work. UKRI wishes to upgrade and improve the kitchen facilities at the BAS Cambridge property.
The scope of works will involve the strip out of a selection of the kitchen, followed by a new fit-out with enhanced facilities for the kitchen.
The works will consist of new building services, structural reconfiguration of the existing kitchen, roof and corridor space to create a better flow through the kitchen to include any necessary temporary and permanent support works, foundations and structural improvements.
