SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client), are seeking to set up a new Contract for the cleaning of temporary site and welfare accommodation, buildings and windows across various locations within the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire areas. The Contract will cover all elements of the Client's business. The NEC4 Term Service Short Contract will be used to manage the Client and Supplier relationship. Applications are invited from experienced providers for cleaning services who can provide high quality, whilst using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector. The specific services that may be procured under the contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include those services identified by CPV codes on or in connection with any land or property and related asset owned, rented, leased or developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Arc Partnership.

Cleaning Solutions. Full details of the requirements for this Contract are available within the procurement documents. The minimum insurance requirements are: 拢5,000,000.00 Employer's Liability Insurance and 拢1,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance. The value of for this contract shall be 拢540,000 over 6 years, or 拢90,000 per annum. The initial contract will be for the period of 2 years with the options to extend for 2 further periods of 2 years (2 + 2 + 2 = 6). These figures are based on historic spend, known future pipelines and contingency sums. The annual turnover requirement is 拢90,000.
