ScotRail Trains Limited (herein referenced as ScotRail) require calibration services in compliance with fleet maintenance, this will involve the provision of annual and ad-hoc servicing and repairs, provision of a web-based Asset Management System and technical assistance as and when required. The supplier will be required to collect and deliver all equipment on a location-by-location basis, ensuring that all depots are serviced with the same turnover time. II.2.4) Description of the procurement
ScotRail Trains Limited (herein referenced as ScotRail) require calibration services in compliance with fleet maintenance, this will involve the provision of annual and ad-hoc servicing and repairs, provision of a web-based Asset Management System and technical assistance as and when required. At a high level, the supplier will be required to provide:
- Annual servicing of all pieces of equipment staggered across the year, which may include specialised calibrations, repairs, and replacements in line with the standards specified
- A Web Based Asset Management System
- Collection and delivery of all equipment as specified by ScotRail on a location-by-location basis which should ensure that all the depot locations are serviced with the same turnover time
- Technical assistance as and when required
