II.2.4) Description of the procurement
• Development of design - design / draw up the changes required in order that a planning application can be submitted.
• Site clearance - initial site clearance, including levelling, removal of overgrowth, tree pruning and reseeding for grass.
• Recycle or removal of all spoil.
• Site preparation - the helipad will be moved to a more central location on the golf course, completion of all associated groundwork - creating a mound of up to 3m above the surrounding ground area with a top that can contain a square of 26.4m x 26.4m (may be circular or other shapes providing it meets this dimension)

• Power - links into the power network established lighting as per Civil Aviation Authority survey recommendations.
• Lighting - type and quantity of lights for helipad, approach path indication, perimeter lights, windsock and surrounding obstruction lights, with radio controlled light activation system for use from the helicopter when approaching (to avoid having to have the lights perm
