Wandle Housing Association (WHA) wishes to invite Framework Applications for the supply of works in respect of Cladding Remediation Works.
Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification at Schedule 2 and Schedule 2.1, which outlines the nature of the works to be provided under this Framework Agreement.
The anticipated commencement date of the Framework is 4th November 2024.
WHA proposes to enter a Framework Agreement with multiple Economic Operators for a period of 48 months.
This Framework Agreement is open for use (call-off) by all departments within WHA.
This Framework Agreement is open for use (call-off) by any Public Body as defined in the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (as amended) (鈥渢he Act鈥) and as outlined in either Part I or Part II of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) (Public Bodies) Order 1972, i.e.: any local authority, any police and crime commissioner, any housing action trust established under Part III of the Housing Act 1988, any probation trust, any organisation that has received public body designation under the Act through secondary legislation, any parish council and representative body of a rural parish.
A Public Body wishing to contract under this framework must first sign an Access Agreement, which must be validated, approved and signed off by WHA.
There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this Framework Agreement.

VI.3) Additional information
There will be a maximum of 6 Economic Operators accepted on to the Framework. The 6 highest scoring Economic Operators who meet the minimum criteria and level of ability will be accepted onto the Framework Agreement and will have the opportunity to be selected for call-offs.
Economic Operators will be ranked according to the award criteria score under the Framework Agreement.
Upon conclusion of the evaluation, the scores for 鈥榪uality鈥 and 鈥榩rice鈥 will be combined to give a total score out of 100%, and the up to 6 Economic Operators with the highest overall score will be accepted onto the Framework Agreement.
Where there is a tie in total score (quality plus price) to two decimal places (for the final place on the Framework), WHA reserves the right to accept both Economic Operators onto the Framework Agreement.
The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
