II.2.4) Description of the procurement
PHG is seeking a Contractor who can provide and deliver a planned biannual service, maintenance and emergency repairs 24 hours a day 365 a year, as per Manufacturer鈥檚 specification / instructions to ensure that the Commercial Gas heating systems are fully compliant and operating at maximum efficiency at all times throughout the year, any periods of non-operation are kept to an absolute minimum with minimal disruption to our customers located in the Fylde and South Ribble area.
The service regime would include effective maintenance twice a year. Pre-winter service would produce a safety record (an LGSR) for every Gas plant room installation documenting and testing every appliance.
