II.1.4) Short description
The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) invites tenders from qualified suppliers to provide machinery for our Grounds Maintenance and Golf Course teams. This machinery is essential for maintaining the borough's parks, open spaces, and gardens to the highest standards. Additionally, LBH seeks an experienced service provider for the servicing and maintenance of the machinery, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturer, and safety standards. This contract encompasses both the Grounds Maintenance and Golf Course departments.
Suppliers will have the opportunity to submit bids for leasing the machinery based on a five (5) year contract, and for purchasing the machinery. LBH reserves the right to decide between purchasing or hiring the equipment based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender – MEAT.
