This tender is for a five Year (5) framework agreement for the service and maintenance of the sites Air Conditioning and Chiller systems including works and supplies. Details of these are shown in the pricing schedule (further details can be requested through our portal). The requirement has been split into 2 Lots covering 5 Work Packages total. Lot 1 will be for routine maintenance of AC and Chiller Systems and 24 7 365 day call out cover to be awarded to one supplier.Lot 2 will be for other costs and potential projects for LLA to consider throuhgout the life of the framework agreement. This will be awarded to two suppliers, one of whom will be the winner of Lot 1. Work packages detailed are examples of installation and project works that may be called off during the life of this agreement. The Work Packages are detailed within the PT35 Pricing schedule.
