The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi supplier procurement solution for Demolition works and Asbestos surveying.

It is categorised into lots based on the type of works/services and the geographical location of the project to encourage a range of Suppliers and to ensure the needs of all Contracting Authorities are met.

This Framework Agreement offers Contracting Authorities access to Suppliers providing a diverse range Demolition Works and Asbestos Surveying, including:

• Standard Demolition

• Specialist Demolition

• Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services within Non-Domestic Properties

• Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services within Domestic Properties
