II.1.4) Short description
MML is seeking to appoint a single supplier for the installation and maintenance of signage across their tram fleet and network of tram stops in the West Midlands. MML requires an innovative bidder to measure, produce, supply, install and maintain signage across the network and fleet on a contract basis on the existing network and as it expands.
The successful bidder will be expected to be able to deliver the print and installation of branding and signage at the new locations to a high standard, as well as update signage across the current network of stops and the tram fleet. They will also be expected to provide install services for promotional material (e.g., tram stop wrapping) and replacement of existing signage where required due to damage or defacement.
The Contract term will run for an initial three-year period, commencing on 2nd January 2025 until 1st January 2028 with an optional 12-month extension to give a maximum contract end date of 1st January 2029
This ITT is being evaluated based on Technical (Quality) 70% / Commercial (Price) 30%.
