The Council wishes to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to deliver Walsall Council’s Reactive Repair and Maintenance works to the Housing and Welfare temporary accommodation projects.The Council is looking to appoint one Contractor or Main Service Providers for this Contract to manage and deliver the service, maintenance, and minor works and repair services outlined in the technical specification. This service shall be required to cover a 24hour/365 days per year (including bank holidays) for a range of Council buildings managed by the Housing and Welfare Service to house homeless vulnerable young people, adults and families some of which have complex needs. At times Service Providers will also be working around our customers in their homes.
