The Supplier shall assist the Buyer in complying with its statutory duty to manage water
safety across the Buyer鈥檚 estate and comply with all UK Health and Safety Legislation
and guidance including but not limited to compliance with COSHH, HSG274 and L8
ACOP in relation to the control of water systems and the risk from exposure to
legionella bacteria.
