II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The works and service requirements comprise of Electrical Installation Condition Reports to approx. 300 domestic properties, 200 common closes, installation of electrical mains isolator switches and ad-hoc reactive repairs at various locations in Central Belt, Scotland. All works and service provision will be undertaken to existing social housing and commercial stock owned and/or managed by Link Group Ltd and any of its subsidiaries.
