2.1.1 This project will involve the design and build of the Moulsecoomb Hub scheme consisting of 2 lots; Lot 1: The Hub site and Lot 2: The Residential site.

2.1.2 Lot 1 is for the development of the community hub, a 4 storey 3000 square meter mixed use building to accommodate a GP surgery, Library, Pharmacy, Youth facility and commercial space. The external space will also consist of car parking and outdoor recreation facilities.

2.1.3 Lot 2 is for the development of 212 residential units over 8 blocks of flats and 8 semi-terraced houses.

2.1.4 The project site is on Hodshrove Lane, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 4SE
