Norfolk County Council owns multiple farm estates across the region with tenant farmers in situ. Norfolk County Council is responsible for the maintenance of the some of the ditches within the estates that form part of the drainage network. Applicants should note that this tender is being assessed 100% on price i.e for those who pass Sections 2 and 3, the winner will be the bidder with the lowest price.Norfolk County Council requires a contractor to deliver the maintenance of ditches within the NCC farms Estate to maintain the drainage network and reduce flooding. The works will consist of the delivery of dredging and mowing of ditches over a 6-year period. Full details of the requirement can be found in the Service Specification, which forms a Schedule to the Terms and Conditions.

Norfolk County Council require a contractor to deliver the maintenance of ditches within the NCC farms Estate to maintain the drainage network and reduce flooding.
