As time progresses this could lead to a requirement for more vehicles which will be added to this contract The contract term will be 3 years from the commencement date of the contract with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years on an annual basis.

The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the authority before a contract is entered into applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request. Additional debriefing and that information have to be provided within a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period.
