The University of Birmingham wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Construction Project Management Consultancy Services with the ability to support other HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies, and to develop local initiatives for University Projects. It is anticipated that the framework agreement will be for up to 10 years and is expected to generate partnership working and to develop long term relationships. The framework agreement will be made available for use by HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities (for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015). The University intends to Procure new long term Frameworks for all Construction activities due to long term nature of the works and in line with the Estates Strategy Building on Strong Foundations and the 拢700m Project pipeline and therefore wishes to create this Framework for up to 10 years considering the return on investment that will be required by the successful Partners.
