The objective of this tender is to select suppliers to provide Pump Supply, Install, Maintenance, Repair and Hire Programme services. In responding to this tender, you are confirming you are able to undertake the full suite of services set out in the Framework Agreement and associated schedules for the lots you bid on.
The tender is defined by 7 lots, these are considered separate services and Tenderers can tender for one or multiple services.
The scope of service being tendered for has been broken down into the following lots:
New supply (single sourcing focus):
• Lot 1: Submersible pumps (Dry well, Wet well), Mixers, Ancillaries and Spares
• Lot 2: Multistage and End Suction Pumps and Spares
• Lot 3: Submersible Borehole Pumps and Spares
• Lot 4: Progressive Cavity Pumps (sludge & cake) and Spares
Maintenance (multiple sourcing to help manage the legacy estate):
• Lot 5: Maintenance and Repair of Pumps and other Plant
• Lot 6: Pump and other Plant Material Costs
• Lot 7: Equipment hire (pumps and ancillary equipment)
