This contract is for the provision of a Window Cleaning Service to residential, sheltered and retirement premises owned and or managed by Origin Housing.
Our current contract encompasses 190 estates, with some estates having multiple properties on them. These estates and schemes cover all Origin Housing’s Window Cleaning requirements across our General Needs, Intermediate Rent, Market Rent, Care and Support, Leasehold and Hospital Accommodation stock.
The estates cover a wide geographical area across Central London, North London, North West London and Hertfordshire including Watford, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and Hemel Hempstead.
