In order to remain a trusted and recognisable Landlord, we need to ensure that our external branding is consistent and tidy and supports the delivery of other services and delivers key messages to our tenants. The signage that is produced and displayed at our sites plays a key role in helping us to broadcast our brand across our geography. The contract will be for all signage requirements Midland Heart may have including our office locations and any other signage or branding required.

The contract will be for all signage requirements Midland Heart may have including our office locations and any other signage or branding required.Contract DeliveryThe chosen supplier will be required to deliver signage (including all fixtures & fittings) as instructed by Midland Heart. We may also request from time to time that you install the signage on our behalf, this may be due to the signage being required to be installed over head height or for specialist fixings.
