Provision of reactive maintenance and call outs for the following specialisms: • General Building Works• Plumbing (i.e. from point of use to waste stack – excluding Mechanical, HVAC, and pumped systems) • Glazing (including boarding up service)• Minor Redecorations• Masonry Works• Roofing (including tiles, flat roof, and slates)• General Carpentry and Joinery• Plasterboard, Partitions, and dry lining works• Locksmith Works• Sanitary appliancesThe Contract shall commence on the 1st October 2024 and shall run for an initial period of 6 months until the end of the financial year 2024/2025 (31st March). The Contract anniversary will then thereafter, commence on the 1st April annually and the remaining minimum term of the Contract will be 4 years (54 month term). This Contract is then subject thereafter to annual reviews and extensions up to a total of 24 additional months at the Authority's discretion.
