Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Loft insulation and associated ventilation works.
The Authority are looking to appoint a Supplier to carry out associated loft insulation and ventilation works to their current housing stock.
The proposed Contract will be for two years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further three years. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with Regulation 27 the ‘Open Procedure’ under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Authority’s housing division have an energy improvement strategy to insulate our current housing stock to an adequate level to help towards the government’s target for carbon reduction.
Our aim is to upgrade all our current housing stock to help our tenants with the rising cost of living.
The Authority are looking to appoint a Supplier to carry out associated loft insulation and ventilation works to their current housing stock. There are an initial 350 properties located City wide in Leicester.
The Invitation to Tender document and with the appendices and all other documentation issued to Tenderers sets out the details of the Authority’s requirements and how to submit your Tender.
