II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The London Borough of Camden is looking to award a contract for planned preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of water services assets within HRA housing stock. The key aim is to deliver an all-inclusive service encompassing inspection, testing, servicing, planned preventative maintenance and remedial repair to water services (tanks, risers and mains). In some cases, maintenance will include repair by replacement of some major component elements of equipment.
