This contract is for the provision of air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance services to Queen鈥檚. The contract covers air conditioning units, chillers and cold and freezer rooms, mechanical ventilation heat recovery units (MVHRs) and an Airedale ACIS BMS system. The Economic Operator will complete a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visit every quarter (4 visits per annum) to each asset. The first service PPM visit is to commence in August each year. It should be noted that the Airedale ACIS BMS system only requires a single "Gold" planned maintenance visit carried out by an Airedale engineer in October of each year. Reactive call outs must be attended to within 4 hours during and outside normal working hours
