North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the ("Council") is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide cleaning services to the Council's estate in line with the requirements of its detailed specification.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Procurement of building cleaning services for the Council's estate. There is currently a breadth of different services and delivery arrangements in place for building cleaning across the Council. This reflects the legacy service arrangements in place prior to the unitary proceedings and the formation of NNC and has resulted in a blend of delivery models. The Council wishes to appoint one preferred provider in order to achieve
an efficient, united service with consistent performance, which is able to adapt to the changing needs of the Council's cleaning requirements during the term of the contract, in both tasks required to be delivered and also the estate portfolio as buildings are added and removed from Council's portfolio.
