The HRA are looking to appoint a competent and accredited contractor to deliver its water management function initially up until September 2028. Extension options are available subject to performance and budgets as detailed in the contract term section above.
It shall further comprise the provision of a 24-hour 365 day a year out of hours (6pm – 8am) service for any water management related emergencies. These will be few and far between, but a provision does need to be made for emergencies to be dealt with.
The contractor will need to liaise directly with other contractors working on Medway Councils housing stock as part of this contract.
