The Association of North East Councils trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Vehicle Parts, Tyres, Lubricants & Workshop Equipment for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom.

Provision of managed solutions for Members, covering any combination of requirements under lots 1 - 3, including one-stop shop provision of all parts, tyres, and lubricants from a single provider. This might include a managed stores provision at a Member's facility/depot, with stock held on an imprest and/or consignment basis.
Including but not limited to:
 Managed provision of vehicle parts, including for passenger, commercial, specialist, and truck/trailer vehicles. To include use/access of systems to streamline ordering and transaction processing, including ability/facility to update job cards and other relevant records.
 Full 'turnkey' tyre management solutions, fleet checks, recutting/regrooving, tracking adjustments, repairs (major/minor), out of hours calls, roadside assistance, and environmental disposals (including of 3rd party supplied tyres).
 Supply, and management of, all car, truck, specialist (e.g. agricultural, HGV) oils, lubricants, and consumables. Includes, adblue, anti-freeze, engine oils, gear/transmissions oils, hydraulic fluids, cabling, fasteners, pipes, fuses, batteries, glues, and adhesives. Lubricants and fluids can be supplied on a bulk basis, and managed solutions cover full turnkey options, through to provision of loan tanks.
