WSP said that the acquisition strengthens its expertise in structural design and technical consulting as well as complementing its project management and related advisory services.
H酶yer Finseth has approximately 120 employees in Norway, bringing WSP鈥檚 employee count in the Nordic countries to 4,400.

H酶yer Finseth will eventually change its name to become part of the WSP brand but will continue under its current management.
