In the commercial sector Shaylor has picked up a 拢4.8m contract for the refurbishment of a three-storey 5,000m2 office building.
Shaylor also has a 拢4m contract to convert Croydon鈥檚 Concord House office building into apartments and a 拢2.5m project to redevelop an existing commercial unit at Sycamore House in nearby Thornton Heath into 63 residential units.
Chief executive Steve Shaylor said 鈥渢hese latest contract awards show the local market has confidence in our abilities to deliver significant projects in the capital鈥�.
