Turnover grew 83% to 拢417.7m (2015: 拢227.7m), while pre-tax profit more than doubled to 拢21.9m (2015: 拢9.7m).
The Northampton contractor, which was formed in 2001, describes itself as the market leader in the industrial 鈥榮hed鈥� sector. It also operates in the student accommodation, retail and leisure sectors. Services delivered in house include fit-out, building services and civil engineering.
鈥淭he strength of the industrial sector continued to provide numerous and varied opportunities,鈥� said managing director Simon Girardier. 鈥淲invic Group retained and grew its position as contractor of choice for a number of blue chip clients and household names.

Winvic expects market conditions to remain strong in the occupier-led industrial and distribution sector.
