The seven-storey building will be connected to the rest of the university鈥檚 campus in Luton town centre via a bridge link. For the university, the project represents a 拢46m investment.

The 7,400m2 development forms part of the university鈥檚 plans to invest 拢90m on the Luton campus over the next five years. In recent years it has already built a new 拢34m Campus Centre in Luton, along with, a 拢20m Postgraduate & Continuing Professional Development Centre and the Fitzroy Court Student Village alongside.
Construction work starts this month and is expected to complete by summer 2015.
