Willmott Dixon has been awarded the fit-out on the back of main construction works for plots eight and nine on the Perry Barr project.
It is a new-build scheme in collaboration with Lendlease creating 428 one-and-two-bedroom apartments. Plots eight nine, designed by Corstorphine & Wright, are set to be occupied from 2023.聽
The fit-out contract, procured through the Constructing West Midlands framework, includes installation of amenities and decoration across all apartments and common areas.聽
