The framework is divided into four lots: hire of modular buildings 鈥� temporary accommodation (Lot 1); modular construction with a value of up to 拢750,000 (Lot 2); modular construction with a value between 拢750,000 and 拢3m (Lot 3); and modular construction worth 拢3m or more (Lot 4).
Fusion21 wanted a single supplier for Lots 3 and 4 and has chosen Wernick Modular Buildings for this.

The framework goes live on 1st June 2017.
