The vendor was Canadian group Atco, which has its roots in trailers and mobile homes.
Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, Atco UK has annual turnover of 拢2.5m. Its fleet of around 1500 portable buildings and cabins will be absorbed within Wernick Hire鈥檚 nationwide depot network.

Wernick Hire has invested more than 拢40m in the last two years in acquisitions, building fleet and freehold sites for depots.
